Discover and Learn | Your Group Visit to the Nelson-Atkins

The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art is pleased to present a NEW series of interactive, inquiry-based tours that encourage active looking, critical thinking and dialogue. Skilled docents will use Visual Thinking Strategies, learner-centered questioning and hands-on activities to immerse students in the art that they experience in the museum collection.

School groups may visit the Museum on their own. All teacher-led tours must be scheduled three weeks in advance. Visit Teacher-led Tours for more information.
