Sculpture (and Science!) in Summer

Teen-guided tours have expanded this year! The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art has partnered with the Anita B. Gorman Conservation Discovery Center (just a half mile away) to offer teen-led interactive tours at both sites. Explore sculpture AND nature through the power of observation, and fun hands-on activities.

Book an hour-long tour at each site, have lunch in-between, and make it a Day of Discovery!

Teen-led tours are available Wednesdays through Fridays, July 9 through August 1 at both the Nelson-Atkins’ Donald J Hall Sculpture Park and the Anita B. Gorman Conservation Discovery Center. Tours may be booked at 10, 11, 12, and 1 o’clock at either site. If requesting a Day of Discovery (tour at both sites) please be aware that one or two hours will be built in between tours to allow groups time for lunch and transportation.
