Youth & Family Classes—Fall 2010

The Nelson-Atkins world-class collection inspires our studio programs. Direct experience with the art in the galleries provides students with a foundation for art making in the Ford Learning Center classrooms.

Experience a unique learning environment for children and adults unlike any other in Kansas City!

PLEASE NOTE: Students must have already turned the specified age of the class in which they wish to enroll.

Enrollment deadline is one week prior to a class or workshop. Classes that do not reach a minimum enrollment will be cancelled and fees refunded.

If a class is full, it will be marked as SOLD OUT. You may contact the Museum or call 816.751.1ART to put your child on a waiting list. People on the list will be called in order if there is a cancellation.

Parking is free for Museum members. Nonmembers parking for more than 30 minutes will pay $5 per vehicle.

CANCELLATION, REFUND AND TRANSFER POLICIES – PLEASE READ!

CANCELLATIONS: Students can cancel an enrollment 5 business days prior to a class or one-time workshop to receive a refund less a $15 cancellation fee per enrollment. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 5 business days prior.

TRANSFERS: If switching an enrollment from one class/workshop to another, a $10 transfer fee will be incurred on a per student/per class basis. Please feel certain of your schedule and class selection before enrolling to avoid incurring this charge.

CLASS CREDITS: We do not issue credits toward future classes or workshops if you cancel an enrollment or miss a class.

Thank you for your adherence to the above policies. Your cooperation helps the Museum offer all patrons the opportunity to participate and offsets service costs such as credit card banking fees.
