Day of the Dead (Dia de los Muertos) is a Mexican tradition to honor the dead. The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art partnered with the consulate of Mexico, the Maddie Rhodes Art Center and the Guadalupe Centers to build a community altar and celebrate those who have died.
