Special Interest Groups—Book Group

The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art’s Book Group is excited to announce its 2008 adult selections as well as a new and exciting parent and child selection for summer.

Together with a Docent, this unique group will take a tour of selected works in the Museum’s collection and then gather for a lively discussion of each book’s connection to those works, with other art and literature lovers. 

Most books are availalbe for purchase in the Museum Store. Museum members receive a 10 percent discount with their membership card.

Please check-in at the Visitor Services Desk. You may attend either session for each book. Sessions are limited to a total of 30 participants.
