HomeFAQsWhat if I miss my allotted tee time?

What if I miss my allotted tee time?

  • Because of the timed nature of Art Course, if you miss your assigned tee time for the day, you need to reserve another tee time for a new time that day, or for another day.
  • If you are later than 15 minutes from your tee time, you will need to visit the Info Desk to reschedule your tee time.
  • Tee times will only be rescheduled if the Nelson-Atkins is notified same day as the reserved tee time. Missed tee times from previous days will be considered “no shows” and cannot be rescheduled.
  • No refunds will be allowed for missed tee times.
  • If Art Course must close for maintenance or repair, a refund will be granted.

Note: We strongly encourage notifying the Nelson-Atkins by phone at 816-751-1278 or by email at ask@nelson-atkins.org at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your allotted tee time to reschedule.
