- All photographers must sign in prior to each photography session.
- Photographs of the art and museum premises are taken for the personal use of those involved and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes. (Portrait and bridal photographers may sell their photographs to clients if those clients are the subjects of the photographs.)
- To help us preserve outdoor sculptures and the reflecting pool, do not touch, climb, or lean props or equipment on them.
- All equipment must remain at least six feet from works of art.
- Museum facilities are not to be used for changing clothes, applying make-up, etc.
- Photography must not obstruct access to the museum or Sculpture Park. Groups may not block paths or doorways or ask visitors to move away from works of art.
- No alcohol may be brought onto the premises.
- No confetti or glitter, due to their environmental impact.
- Professional portrait and bridal photography are not permitted inside the museum and must be taken outdoors.
- During museum hours, participants may park in the parking garage and will be charged current parking rates.
- Photographers are responsible for the behavior of the groups they photograph and are expected to ensure that their groups follow these guidelines.
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in removal from the premises. Repeated failure to comply may result in more severe repercussions.
